Returns Policy

All items are made once they are purchased and are not pre-made. Therefore returns are only accepted for manufacturers defects such as broken reel, retractable reel doesn't retract, or a spelling error on a personalized item.  

You may return the broken item(s) within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Badge Reel Boutique will pay the return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error such as the wrong item was sent or personalization was spelled incorrectly. Personalized items are non-refundable unless Badge Reel Boutique made an error on personalization. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
